An Introduction to Political Philosophy

Han van Wietmarschen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at University College London. He received his PhD in Philosophy from Stanford University in 2013 and holds an undergraduate degree in Medicine from the Free University of Amsterdam.His research focuses on social and political philosophy and epistemology. He has published on social hierarchy, public reason, social norms, peer disagreement, colonialism, and related topics. He taught an introductory course in political philosophy at Stanford in 2014 and has taught the subject in most years at UCL since 2013.
