    Maria Manuel Lisboa holds a Personal Chair in Portuguese Literature and Culture at the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of St. John’s College, Cambridge. She is the author of seven monographs and approximately seventy articles written in Portuguese and English and her work has been published in Great Britain, Portugal and Brazil. Her work has been awarded two international prizes (Brazil and Portugal).
