As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, universities face a period of strategicuncertainty. This chapter offers five reflections intended to guide institutional thinking overthe coming decade. These reflections address themes such as technological acceleration, institutional resilience, academic identity, and the evolving relationship between humans andintelligent systems. Rather than predicting specific outcomes, the chapter encouragesinstitutions to cultivate forms of judgment and adaptability that allow them to respondeffectively to emerging challenges. The reflections serve as a bridge between analyticaldiscussion and forward-looking strategy.
