Inspired by strong collegial support, the authors outline key values for embracing a more humanistic approach to teaching and learning, including context, valuing diverse experiences, an ethic of care, student collaboration, and research integration. Ultimately, the chapter envisions a hopeful and transformative future for Higher Education that transcends disciplinary and institutional boundaries.
