3. Collegial Coping During the Pandemic Crisis

Chapter 3 explores teachers’ relationships with each other. This chapter uses Etienne Wenger's theory of communities of practice and also incorporates a history of the roles of teacher education and provincial curriculum policies in shaping how teachers relate to each other. This history provides context for the collegial relationships described by the teachers in this study.
